Elk Grove Tile & Grout Cleaning
Earlier today I had the pleasure of meeting a retired couple, Bob & Noreen, in their home to provide them with an estimate for cleaning their "travertine floor." In my phone conversation with Bob certain things did not sound correct and I told him that I should inspect, test, and measure the travertine floor before giving him an estimate. Upon arriving I was ushered into the kitchen where the travertine floor was located. This was a beautiful home and a lot of thought had gone into the design. You could tell that Bob & Noreen really took care of things.
The tile floor and the grout lines were dirty as suspected. In speaking with Bob over the phone he said that his travertine floor was about (2) years old and they were obviously frustrated with the build up. After a quick acid test I was able to confirm what my eyes had already told me - this was not a travertine floor. The kitchen tile floor was porcelain with sanded grout. And the floor wasn't (2) years old but seven. I ran some other tests on the floor and demonstrated how clean they should expect the floor to be once it is cleaned. They obviously pleased with the test results and hired me to return next Monday to clean and seal the entire floor. Had I not been willing to offer them a FREE in home estimate Bob & Noreen would still believe that they have a travertine floor.
The reason why I chose to tell you this story is because it goes back to a principle I learned a long time ago. A business can offer it clients three things: Price, Service, & Quality but it can not offer ALL three. Here at Liberty Floor Solutions I made the decision on day one to offer our clients Service & Quality. Had Liberty Floor Solutions been about price I would have "low balled" Bob & Noreen and possibly gotten the job, but because I chose to offer them Quality & Service instead I was able to build a win-win relationship with Bob & Noreen before making the sale. They are delighted to pay for the Quality & Service and I am excited about offering it to them. At the end of the day their expectations will be met and they will have a very clean, safe tile kitchen floor.
Thanks for tuning in and I hope this helps you.
